If I Had Millions

If I had millions I would go on the biggest shopping spree ever (okay, I'd pay my bills first, throw a huge party for all my faves, then go shopping) and I'd buy all the things I can't even look at right now. Seriously, these things are not the things that I'd add to a shopping list anytime soon ... but they are still fun to dream about.

($795 for shoes? I bought a pair of sequined flats at Target today for $3.24)

A whole new wardrobe, probably from Anthropologie

Okay, that is enough lusting for today :) I already did a bunch of shopping, but my shopping consisted of Maurices, Target, and JcPenney ... which are the places I can afford. Happy Shopping All, hearts to you!

Things I Heart - A Shopping List

Things I heart ... this week at Sephora! After going to work today I realized that my wish list is now longer then my paycheck. Oopsy ... here we go :)

(okay, I already bought this one, and it's fantastic)

Harajuku Lovers, Lil' Angel, $30 - 45
(okay, this one I already blogged about this week, but it just goes to show how badly I want it)

(best stuff ever)

(not for blush, but for eyeshadow)

It's not all that simple ...

5 Things Worth Admitting To. A Real Simple article that shared what you should be sharing with the world (you know, when you tweet 12 times a day). One threw me off ... your age. Um, excuse me? I'd rather not. I like lying, it makes me happy, and what is a couple of years between friends? Does anyone really care (I know that statement both argues for and against me) and again, it makes me happy :) Since we are on a happiness theme, here are three more things that make me happy today.

iPhone Angel Wings, $12 Fred Flare

Harajuku Lovers Fragrance, $30 - $45 Sephora

Musings Tray, $28 Anthropologie

Affordable Luxury

In these times we need something fancy to cheer ourselves up, but since we probably don't have the cash to shell out for one of Gucci's new (and quite fantastic) new Spring bags, the following should work as fantastic stand-ins.

For about $6.00 you can create your own candy bar at Chocomize. What is better than a hand-created, absolutely delish candy bar? Nothing.
Between Sephora and Benefit, I love this kit! Erase paste is just about the bestest concealor ever, Stay Don't Stray is awesome and I really love that creamy shadow. This is all for just $10! Gotta Have It

Glee Nail Prints ... even better than an expensive manicure ... only $15.

How about some flowers that will live all summer? These are beautiful and cost effective for those of us who love fresh flowers (fake fresh flowers, lol) ... for only $14.99 they will look pretty on your desk all summer long.

Spring is Just Around The Corner

Spring is just around the corner, you know how I know? Not because it is getting warmer by any means, but because the March 2011 Marie Claire arrived yesterday full of fresh, warm weather looks. I'm so excited! Winter fashions are getting to be so drab, there is only so long before my excitement for pea coats and sweaters wears off. My dream list for spring accessories contains the following complements of Marie Claire:
Thierry Lasry Sunglasses ($375)
(image via Fashion Beans
Irene Neuwirth Ring ($6310)
(image via Barneys)

Balenciaga Leather Handbag ($1795)
(image via Barneys)

EuforiA Ceramic Rose Earings ($20)
(image via EuforiA)

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Perfume ($75)
(image via Sephora)

Looks like it's gonna be a good spring!

Top Ten - Shopping

As always, these aren't in any particular order:

Sephora. Because I love makeup and playing.

Anthropologie. Because they have the best ... everything. I might just re-buy the same duvet cover again, that's how much I love it.

Kate's Paperie. Because a handwritten note is ALWAYS better and writing down your schedule is so much better then keeping it electronically.

Old Navy. Because clothes should be stylish ... and cheep.

Target. Because everything in the store is cute. Because I can't get out of there without spending $50. Because I love redecorating and nothing there is horribly overpriced.

PetCo. Because I love spoiling my animal children :).

Michael's. Because I love making stuff. Because I love crafts. Because I love having three hundred different sheets of paper that I grimace before using because I want to have them, not to use them ... don't mock me.

Boarders. Because it is better than Barnes and Nobel (even though they have Starbucks). Because they have everything I want. Because their staff know me by name. Because I can't ever leave with only one book. Because they have the bestest best sales ever.

Sanrio. Because The Hello Kitty Store was my reward for shopping in the mall with my mom as a little girl without complaining. Because their pencils smell like powder. Because you get a little gift when you buy something that is almost as good as what you buy. Because of My Melody, Hello Kitty, and Spotty Dog.

Beyond the Rack. Because everything here is on sale. Because everything here is more affordable than before. Because I love a sale and I love shopping.
